Funny or Die Productions, Office Tenant Improvement

Funny or Die Productions desired a space to fit their production needs. The Formosa South building attracted them and tenant improvements were performed to a portion of the ground floor and the entire second floor to meet their expectations. We preceded  design process with a feasibility study concerning proposed structural alterations. Approximate area of remodel – 29,000 SF.

Risha Engineering provided design for specific alterations requiring structural attention including:

• New opening in second floor concrete flat slab to accommodate an interconnecting stair.
• Self-supporting rooms with concealed steel frames.
• Utility penetrations through the concrete flat slab
