Del Webb Anthem Offices

Project is a 12,000 sf single story office building built of wood with an internal structural steel frame. This functional office building consists of many engineered lumber products for joists, trusses, and columns as well as a structural steel core. The steel core allowed the building to be built as a true shell and provide open space without interior structural shear walls for maximum flexibility in tenant use.
