915 Arcadia Ave- Residential Condominiums

Risha Engineering provided the design and now construction phase engineering for 13 condominium units and basement level parking in Arcadia, CA. The one level of subterranean parking is concrete construction with two-way slabs supporting the residential units above. The two-story residential buildings are wood framed with structural steel used for long spans. The project also included earth shoring at basement and design and detailing of free standing site walls.
