Factory Place Arts Complex – Adaptive Re-Use Lofts

The project transformed a row of brick, early 20th century warehouses, totaling approximately 45,000 sq ft, and created a sort of gated community in Downtown.

Building Construction Type is unreinforced masonry bearing wall and the seismic retrofit includes new concrete block and concrete shear walls.
