Bluewater Grill Renovation/Expansion

Risha Engineering provided structural engineering services for the renovations and additions to an existing one-story wood framed restaurant building in the heart of Carlsbad Village, in Carlsbad, CA. The restaurant expansion is to the southeast of the existing 3,600 square foot structure, constructed in 1993, and consisted of an expanded entry, new bar dining area, new storage, trash enclosures, and dining patio adorned by an open 2 level trellis. A skylight allows natural light through the new flat roof. The restrooms, trash enclosure and mechanical equipment were relocated.
