Oil and Transformer Containment

The City of Burbank retained Risha Engineering for civil engineering services related to new containment areas at the Magnolia Power Plant. One containment area has a volume capacity of 6,200 gallons and the second, a volume capacity of 4,920 gallons. Both required new concrete curbs with anchorage and footings based on their volume.
