Risha Engineering is always in search of talented and experienced professionals. Currently we are accepting resumes for the following positions: 

Associate
Prepare complete calculations within allotted hours. Design and detail connections for all materials. Supervise preparation of construction documents, with little supervision from senior staff. Ensure that submittal packages are complete. Prepare well written technical reports. Demonstrate thorough understanding of building and material codes. Commit to regular training and to attending SEAOSC functions. LEED AP preferred. 5 years experience. BSCE, MSCE preferred. Must have PE license.

Senior Associate
Manage multiple projects including large OSHPD and DSA projects, participate and oversee the preparation of construction documents.  Supervise technical teams working on multiple projects. Communicate effectively with management, clients, and technical staff. Prepare well written technical reports. Must be a current or past member of building or material code committees. Must possess keen understanding of advanced analysis and building evaluation techniques, including dynamic, linear and non-linear, displacement based approaches.  Active member of SEAOSC. Must participate in regular training and in attending SEAOSC functions. Demonstrated management capability and ability to supervise other staff. Must be a self-starter and take initiative. Demonstrate business development capabilities (new clients, project types, areas) by obtaining 6 projects from new clients the first year. LEED AP preferred. 12-15 year experience, MSCE. Must have SE title.

CAD Technician
Preparation of structural construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Experience in preparing plans and details for new construction projects, structural alterations and upgrades of existing buildings. Knowledge of  major and minor structures using steel, concrete, wood and masonry and preparation of typical details, sections, elevations and plans.  Must be capable of preparing Revit Structural models.
